One Loudoun is a new and developing community with many amenities currently available to residents and many more becoming available later in 2016.

The focal point of the residential community is The Club at One Loudoun which opened in January 2015. It is located along Russell Branch Parkway directly across the street from The Barn at One Loudoun. Inside The Club will include an expansive meeting/banquet room, conference rooms, catering kitchen, flex-room suitable for resident parties and events, and management offices. Outside is a swimming pool, toddler pool, snack bar as well as two tennis courts and a multi—purpose court. 

One Loudoun already contains several linear parks and its extrusive trail system continues to develop.  Additionally, there is a pond under development which is located adjacent to NorthPark Drive and Central Park. Once complete, it will be ideal for use with remote controlled boats or for quiet relaxation.
